ZUMBA

Ditch the workout . . . Join the party! Zumba fitness is fun, upbeat, and easy to follow!

FLEX POWER

A great class to define and sculpt your body using endurance workouts that target multiple areas. You'll start with a warm up, then go into the endurance workout and finish off with a cool stretch down.

  • Wednesdays

  • Time: 9:00 - 10:00 AM

STEP & SCULPT

This high energy class will get you burning calories in no time. You can expect a mixture of upbeat stepping with various techniques to work your entire body.

  • Tuesdays

  • Time: 6:00 - 7:00 PM

Refunds

Programs are refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the session start date, are subject to a 10% cancellation fee and administrative approval. Refunds are not offered to registrants after the start of a class or program, no exceptions. SPR reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient registration and will issue a full refund to registrants.
